What to expect from your coaching experience

How does coaching work?

Coaching involves a series of regular, one-to-one conversational sessions to help you to achieve meaningful change through actionable steps.

How do I know it’s for me?

We kick off with a ‘coffee catch-up’ exploratory session to identify your goals, answer questions, and ensure there’s chemistry before we get to work.

What happens during our sessions?

We’ll identify your desired outcomes, uncover what’s blocking you from achieving your goals, and create an action plan so you can move forward.

Where will our sessions happen?

With us, coaching is as simple as a video call, when you want it. No dull meeting rooms, long commutes, or squeezing it into your already-crammed diary.

How many sessions will I need?

We typically start with 3 sessions and may extend to 6 or more. We’ll agree on how many sessions and what period of time, in writing, before we begin.

We take your privacy seriously.

Our coaching sessions are all strictly confidential; we adhere to local privacy regulations in your country. What happens in the room, stays in the room.
