An integral part of every company I work with, I combine HR experience with evidence-based coaching to encourage a more human way of doing business.

I bring deep knowledge of the financial services and technology markets, and my work with executives in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Australia, South Africa, Europe, and the US lends a unique global perspective and cultural sensitivity to my practice.

Having navigated organisational landscapes and transitioned for work on three continents myself, my own experience enriches my understanding and compassion for what people and organisations need in order to succeed during times of change.
